Responsibilities:
1.Monitoring competencies development program & activities implementation, such as training, knowledge sharing, etc.
2.Monitoring performance management & system development
3.Competency profiling and managing employee competency
4.Preparing and updating job description, job specification and job evaluation
5.Preparing and updating SOP, HRpolicy, and HRIS development
6.Preparing and updating organization structures


Requirements:
1.Bachelor of Psychology/Management (preferably S2 in HR/Management)
2.Min. 2 years experience in similar position
3.Proficiency in English both oral and written
4.Good writing skill
5.Proactive
6.Strong analytical thinking & logical thinking
7.Broad knowledge and understanding or HR issued especially in learning development and competency profile


Business Development Officer
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
1.Coordinating execution of business development projects
2.Providing data support for projects
3.Monitoring financial performance of subsidiaries/affiliates
4.Executing R & D function

Software Engineer (IT)

Responsibilities:
1.Implementing & Supporting system
2.Developing application using C# under sharepoint platform


Requirements:
1.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2.SLDC understanding
3.Having good knowledge in VB.NET and C#
4.Strong in OOP and programming logic
5.Having knowledge in HTML and CSS
6.Experienced in using visual studio is an adventage
7.Able to learn fast and work under pressure condition
8.Strong analytical and problem solving skill
