ASP Supervisor
Responsibilities:
1.Assist the superior in monitoring the implementation of the agreed Authorized Service Provider (ASP) operation plan in order to ensure the implementation aligned with the prevailing procedure and ISO standard
2.Monitor pending status (part shortage) and inform to Service Logistic in order to get proper action immediately
3.Escalate all issues which related to burn case to 2nd level support specialist so as to have further analysis immediately
4.Set up daily briefing to all ASP staff to ensure all activities well performed in accordance to the prevailing procedure and ISO standard
5.Provide bi-weekly and monthly productivity and performance report to be submitted to superior in order to support superior’ s action plan and decision making process.
Requirements:
1.Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Electrical Engineering
2.Minimum 4 years with 1 year experience in supervisory level in service center or bench repair from electronic / consumer electronic or IT industry
3.Self motivation and initiative, combined with an analytical mind and logical/firm judgment
4.Good problem solving skills
5.Strong understanding of available and emerging technologies is essential.
CS Development Executive
Responsibilities:
1.Sell Options & Accessories using database of Contact Center & Warranty database
2.Follow up sales thru distributors to ensure the stock availability and target achievement
3.Liaise with other related department especially Service Logistics in order to conduct Factory Outlet.
4.Develop and coordinate marketing campaign regularly to promote Options & Accessories
5.Facilitate communication among MSR, Service Operation, Reseller & Distributors
6.Develop report covers Sales, Reseller Stock, Activities, Suggestion & Plan
7.Maintain Pricing Structure of Options & Super care
Requirements:
1.Female, minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Marketing or Management
2.Minimum 2 years working experience in sales activities or service center in IT / Electronic / consumer electronic
3.Self motivation and initiative, combined with an analytical mind and logical/firm judgment
4.Good problem solving skills
5.Good communication skills
Part Screener Supervisor
Responsibilities:
1.Supervise the implementation of operation plan part screening in Acer Service Center to be in line with SOP
2.Follow up & provide the proposed recommendation to superior for decision making process
3.Coordinate & monitor all incoming and outgoing part from Notebook, PC, LCD, and Smarthandheld.
4.Set up internal meeting for Part Screener team and all related person.
5.Provide weekly report which including on case quantity
Requirements:
1.Male, Min. Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology/Science from reputable University
2.Minimum 3 years working experience in the same field and 1 year experience in supervisory level
3.Experience in Service Center Operation in Electronic/Consumer Electronics and IT Industries
4.Self motivation and initiative, combined with an analytical mind and logical/firm judgment
5.Good problem solving skills
6.Strong understanding of available and emerging technologies is essential
