Recruitment Officer
(Jakarta Raya)

1.Sourcing candidates from Job Portal, Job Fair / Campus hiring, and Print Ad
2.Arranging, screening and coordinating for interview
3.Support all recruitment program activities
4.Administrative duties and recordkeeping

1.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
2.Male/Female, max. 27 years old
3.Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin is an advantage
4.At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Recruiter is required for this position, preferably Senior Staffs
5.Well groomed
6.Independent and self-driven, self starter with initiative and proactive approach
7.Forward looking, sound organizational and planning skills, multi-tasker and result–oriented
8.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

National Business Market Development
(Jakarta Raya)

He/she will be responsible for forecasting and coordinating selling process of all product in order to achieve national growth sales target thorugh an effective and efficient market development.

1.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field, preferably from Economic
2.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3.Able to speak in English and Mandarin
4.Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent from a reputable distribution company
5.Full-Time positions available
6.Able to be liaison officer between Distributor and Principal
7.Familiar with distribution management (area/ inventory/ sales/ AR)
8.Able to develop potential product
9.Able to create market analysis/ market survey implementation / managing data from AC Nielsen
10.Able to create marketing strategic
11.Strong leadership skill (communicative, team work, and negotiation skill)
