Qualification:
1.S1 degree in business, economic or engineering
2.Minimum 4 years of working experience in the purchasing department
3.Familiar with customs regulation.
4.Familiar with purchase variances and participate in cost reduction program.
5.Excellent business network and supplier contacts
6.Good command of both spoken and written English
7.Having experience in purchasing system, vendor selection/development, supply chain management, material/stock control, export-import
8.Required computer skill of office applications (MS Office), and documentation skill
9.Excellent interpersonal, communication & analytical skill
10.Honest, Proactive, flexible, reliable, self-motivated & organized
11.Strong negotiation skill
12.Have experience supervising and mentoring a team
