Job Discriptions :

1.Assist the HR Manager in the recruitment, retention process.
2.Conduct pre-screening, interviews, and manage on-boarding process.
3.Recruit and source an inventory of qualified and talented candidates
4.Assist in maintaining HR information system / Manpower Management
5.generating reports as required.

Subject : HR Officer

Qualifications:
1.Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Economics/Business ADM/HRM
2.Min GPA 3.00 (Scale 4.00)
3.Excellent English, Excellent  at giving presentation, computer literate in using Ms.Office.
4.Good interpersonal skills, excellent analytical skills, dynamic and faster learner.
5.Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
