We are currently seeking :
1.To comply with all Newmont,s policies and procedures.
2.To provide secretarial services to appointed executives.
3.To automatically maintain and store confidential data from various important sources that has important impacts on the company's business activity.
4.To provide assistance to executives in managing and coordinating schedules (i.e: meeting appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, etc)
5.To develop, implement and maintain filing systems for corporate documents, reguler files, contracts, taxation, and other relevant documents/files related to government regulations.
6.To provide administration services to the department staffs.
7.Maybe required to supervise others.
8.To perform duties other than those covered above.
1.Have at least a diploma III or equivalent from the school of secretarial/administration or a bachelor degree in management is preferred.
2.Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the administration or secretarial work at the executive level for multinational companies is preferred.
3.Have willingness to work extended hours when needed.
4.Punctually all times.
5.Ability to work others and as a team.
6.Attention to details and ability to follow through to ensure that tasks get completed.
7.Have an excellent communication skills and ability to write a report in english and indonesian.
8.Ability to work with standard computer programs.
