The incumbent will be part of the Order Support Team and will handle Indonesia region. The responsibilities include the following:

The incumbent will be part of the Order Support Team and will handle Indonesia region. The responsibilities include the following:
Local Delivery
* Enter orders of customer received through phone, fax, email and snail mails
* Send confirmation to order requestor
* Advise status of delivery and order
* Amend/modify order when necessary
* Send COA and/or shipping docs (except invoice) to customer in the event of non-receipt of docs and delivery docs
* Handles MSDS
* Handles customers’ enquiries
* Send proof of delivery to customer where applicable
* Creates and transmit 3rd party vendor purchase order
* Handles Web contract orders including amendment/modifications (when Nalco Direct in place)
* Liaison with plant on rush orders
* Communicates proactively changes and delays that prevent orders from delivering on time.
* Seek alternative resources (product, package code, shipping point) to assist with on-time delivery
* Communicate late orders to Sales Engineer and/or Customer
* Handles discrepancy delivery (e.g. Wrong product, quantity, etc)
* Arrange for transfer of goods

Requirements:
* Bachelor (S1) degree in any discipline with 2 years experience in relevant area
* Computer literate, fluent with Microsoft Office programs, Lotus Notes
* Self starter, hardworking, team player
